Implants tailored to each patient
We design and manufacture custom orthopaedic implants using medical-grade titanium 3D printing for cases that go beyond conventional catalogue solutions.
From imaging
to implant
We collaborate with the surgical team on revision cases, extensive bone defects and oncological conditions requiring a solution designed for each patient.
Case assessment
We analyse DICOM images and define the clinical and mechanical implant requirements together with the surgical team.
3D design
We model the implant to match the patient’s anatomy and validate its geometry with the surgeon before manufacturing.
Trial anatomical model
We print an anatomical model for surgical planning and practice before the procedure.
Manufacturing and delivery
We manufacture the titanium component, perform quality control, sterilise it and deliver the implant ready for the operating room.
Trabecular implants in 3D-printed titanium
A controlled porous structure, manufactured using laser technology and designed to support integration with the patient’s bone tissue.
Custom support
The porous trabecular structure is produced using laser technology with controlled porosity, supporting osseointegration in complex cases.
It can be adapted to standard product lines or fully designed around the bone defect to be treated.
