For distal humeral fractures. The plate rests on the medial ridge and the intermuscular septum, or slightly dorsal to it.

Anatomical medial distal humeral plate with integrated disposable multidirectional guides, compatible with 2.7 mm / 3.5 mm cortical and locking screws.
